CHANGEChanges, withdrawals, and cancellations of applications

Application changes, withdrawals, and abolitions are no longer accepted.

Notification of changes (no approval required)

If there are any changes to the application details after the grant decision has been made, you will need to submit a Notification of Change.

(Examples of changes) Change of address, free school name, change of enrollment school, etc.

[When changing the end month of the grant period]

  • The application for approval of the change must be submitted by the 15th of the month following the end of the grant period.

[Changing the start month of the grant period]

  • The starting month of the subsidy period cannot be changed. A separate application for issuance must be submitted.
    The final application deadline is February 28, 2025 (Friday).

Regarding withdrawal notice

If you wish to withdraw your application after the grant decision has been made, you will need to submit a "Notification of Withdrawal of Grant Application."

* The deadline for withdrawal of the application is within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of grant decision.

About the abolition notification

If you no longer meet the subsidy eligibility requirements after the grant has been approved, you must submit a “Notification of Termination”
