About change approval application
If there are any changes to the application details after the issuance has been decided, you will need to submit a "Application for Change Approval".
(Example of change) When there is a change in address, school enrolled, free school, etc.
Regarding notification of withdrawal
If you wish to withdraw your application after the issuance decision has been made, you will need to submit a "Issue Application Withdrawal Notification Form".
*The deadline for withdrawing your application is within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of issuance decision.
Regarding abolition notification
If you no longer meet the requirements for the grant after the grant is decided, you will need to submit a "Abolition Notification Form"
