CHANGEChange/withdrawal/abolition of application

Changes must be submitted by the 15th of the month following the month in which the reason for the change occurred.In principle, submissions for March are required by March 15th.

About change approval application

If there are any changes to the application details after the issuance has been decided, you will need to submit a "Application for Change Approval".

(Example of change) When there is a change in address, school attended, free school, etc.

[When changing the end month of the subsidy period]

  • Applications for change approval must be submitted by the 15th of the month following the month in which the subsidy period ends.

[When changing the starting month of the subsidy period]

  • The starting month of the subsidy period cannot be changed. A separate application for issuance must be submitted.
    The final application deadline is February 28, 2025 (Friday).

Regarding notification of withdrawal

If you wish to withdraw your application after the issuance decision has been made, you will need to submit a "Issue Application Withdrawal Notification Form".

*The deadline to withdraw your application is within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of grant decision.

Regarding abolition notification

If you no longer meet the requirements for the grant after the grant is decided, you will need to submit a "Abolition Notification Form".
