Enter and submit
application/report details
- An email address is required for applications and reports. Notifications of the review results will be sent to this email address.
If you make a mistake, we will not be able to contact to you, so please enter it correctly. - Please prepare the necessary documents digitally (file format must be JPG, PNG, or PDF).
*One file can be attached up to 10MB.
*You can also apply and report using images taken with your smartphone. When taking images, please be careful about the data capacity, such as by lowering the resolution. - The secretariat may contact you regarding the contents of your application or report.

Send by mail in a way that leaves a record
- Please print application and report documents on A4 paper. Attached documents may be black and white copies, but please make sure the contents are legible.
- Please mail application and report documents to the address below. Documents will not be accepted if they are brought to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government or the secretariat, sent by any method other than post, or sent by fax, etc.
- Please use trackable mail, such as registered mail.
- Please pay the postage costs yourself.
- Once accepted, application and report documents cannot be returned, regardless of whether the grant is approved or not. If you submit the original, please be sure to keep a copy as a record. The secretariat may contact you regarding the contents of your application or report.
